I am an award-winning, passionate, multidisciplinary founder and creative who works at the intersection of technology, fashion, public health, women’s empowerment, community empowerment, and social innovation. In various leadership roles across health and safety, business, and brand development, I have worked with teams across multiple industries to drive growth and development.
My work spans the UK, Nigeria and global communities, bringing together lived experience, leadership and innovation to build solutions that transform lives.
I am the Founder of ColinaX, a healthcare technology platform transforming menstrual and emotional well-being for women and people who menstruate. Through ColinaX, I am advancing early PMDD awareness, tackling period poverty, providing mental health support & education, advancing cycle intelligence, and developing digital tools that make women’s health more accessible, more human, and better understood.
My commitment to empowerment extends through my social impact organisations, De La Colina C.I.C. (UK) and De La Colina Charity (Nigeria), where I lead programmes focused on menstrual dignity, social care, community wellness, sustainable fashion, hunger relief, migrant inclusion and community empowerment & sustainability. My work reflects my deep belief in building global solutions that uplift local communities.
I am also a creative director of Jane’s Fashion, recognised internationally for my design work and cultural narratives, with my creative background shaping how I lead, build and communicate across all my ventures.
Alongside my entrepreneurship, I am a researcher and women’s health advocate. My academic work includes a systematic review on women’s mental health and suicide risk in Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, an area of women’s healthcare that remains critically under-examined. I use research, lived experience, and public health insights to push for greater awareness, early diagnosis, and emotional support for women worldwide.
As a mentor, I support creatives, professionals and emerging leaders. My guidance blends technical knowledge with empathy. Across every project, my purpose is clear: to build tools, communities, and opportunities that help people live with dignity, clarity, and emotional well-being.
I am endlessly passionate about the people I serve, women, navigating menstrual and mental health challenges, migrants seeking direction, young creatives discovering their voice, families rebuilding identity, and communities rising together.
My work is not just what I do. It is who I am.
